Shipping & Returns


Return / Exchange / Replacement Policy
Returns on items can be made only within 15 days of shipment for refund, no exceptions. Special orders not listed in our catalogs or our websites  are not returnable or refundable.  ALL UNDERGARMENTS, TIGHTS,CLEARANCE, FINAL AND LAST CHANCE SALE ITEMS, CUSTOM LEOTARDS, EMBROIDERED ITEMS AND ACCESSORIES AND MAKEUP ARE A FINAL SALE. K&K Dance Wear reserves full rights and discretion on the returns and final inspection of same.  All refunds are for merchandise only.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or a completely different item, simply return the item(s) for a full refund less the shipping charge, then place a new order for the replacement item. Your new order will be charged the applicable amount for shipping, you WILL  NOT be charged any exchange fee. In the event a customer receives the wrong or defective merchandise a replacement will be issued to the customer at no cost. The original item(s) must be returned to our warehouse store within 14 days to complete the transaction. The merchandise needs to be returned in its original packaging and if it is not then it will not be refunded or credited and will be deemed used.   If merchandise is not received back within 14 days, the  customer's account will be placed on hold until either merchandise or  payment is received.  If you are requesting a refund your funds will be returned using the method with which you originally placed the order. Please contact Customer Service at (315) 363-5898 for any questions regarding returns.  K&K Dance Wear Inc. reserves its rights and has complete discretion on all returns, exchanges and refunds.
All returns must be shipped to 123 Phelps Street, Oneida, NY 13421 with the enclosed return form filled out.  If you did not receive a form contact us at 315-363-5898 and we will provide one via e-mail to fill out, or print it out.
  

  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
  • Must be sent postage paid.
  • Must be in new, resalable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached.
  • ALL UNDERGARMENTS, TIGHTS, BOOKS, VIDEOS, CD'S, DVD'S, LAST CHANCE  SALE ITEMS, CUSTOM LEOTARDS, EMBROIDERED ITEMS AND MAKEUP ARE A FINAL SALE.
  • Shoe boxes must not be damaged.  If shoeboxes are damaged, a restocking fee may apply.
  • Must include a copy of your invoice.
  • If you send the original receipt, it will not be returned. C.O.D. or check customers must include a check for reshipment charges with your return. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. We strongly suggest you insure your return shipment.
  • You may return to either of our store locations at 123 Phelps Street, Oneida, NY 13421 or 3470 Erie Blvd. East, Syracuse NY 13214 for in store credit or exchange only.  There is no refunds issued from either store location.  Exchange and store credits however will be honored.

ALL REFUNDS are for the merchandise only (excluding shipping and handling).  If purchase was paid by check, money order or COD, a refund check will be issued.  If paid by credit card, the account will be credited.  NOTE:  If paid by a third party (eg:PayPal) a refund will be issued and customer must place a new order for any replacement items. Absolutely no returns or exchanges on undergarments, tights, makeup and accessories as indicated above.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days.  No exceptions.  However, we must ask that you adhere to the following guildelines:

1.  Footwear and bodywear must have all tags attached.  They must not have been worn and must be in clean, unwashed original condition.

2.  All items must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging which must be in the same condition as when we sent it to you.  Should we need to repackage an item, a restocking fee may apply.

3.  When making a return, be sure to ship item(s) in a cardboard box.

RETURN WITH ENCLOSED FORM WITH PRODUCT COMPLETELY FILLED OUT AND PRINT CLEARLY OR RETURN PROCESSING WILL BE DELAYED. IF K&K DANCEWEAR DEEMS THE PRODUCT IS NOT A RETURNABLE ITEM OR IS NOT IN NEW CONDITION THEY WILL RETURN BACK TO SENDER AND RESERVES ALL ITS RIGHTS TO REFUSE A REFUND ON THE PRODUCT.  BELOW IS SPECIFICATIONS FOR RETURNS, CUT AND RETURN BELOW WITH PRODUCT.
